Provides technical leadership across manufacturing engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams. Leads complex engineering projects, continuous improvement, automation, reliability, equipment and process optimization, and business transformation initiatives. Lead regional performance management and supply chain excellence across APAC using analytics, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive OTIF-D PA performance, SLOB management, predictive reporting, action plans, and system adoption (Planisware). Build forecasts, identify root causes, enable mitigations, and partner with operations, planning, finance and commercial teams to improve operational and financial outcomes.

Manage a pharmacy territory to grow market share by scheduling and conducting customer meetings, securing sales, negotiating orders, using CRM and digital tools to track activity and performance, collaborating with marketing and product teams, monitoring competition, and representing the brand at trade shows and events.

Lead territory sales to achieve revenue and distribution targets by acquiring new customers, expanding product lines, managing RDS/RDSSM processes, training and supervising field staff, negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales reports, and providing market intelligence to inform business planning.

Support production planning and scheduling by identifying material/component needs, preparing purchase orders, maintaining planning systems, monitoring orders to ensure on-time delivery, resolving capacity and launch issues, expediting parts, and reporting planning metrics.

Leads Japan demand planning strategy and the integrated business planning process. Analyzes market, customer, and sales data to improve forecasts and inventory levels; coordinates with commercial, marketing, finance, suppliers, and regional teams on launches, promotions, and supply chain goals. Drives planning process digitization, compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement while managing and developing a high-performing demand planning team.

Lead commercial technology and data initiatives for EMEA commercial teams: manage cross-functional projects, drive adoption of SFA/TPM/CRM tools, ensure compliance (SOX, GDPR), perform business analysis, change management, stakeholder engagement, and SLA/vendor management.

Develops category and shopper insights to guide growth initiatives, range and planogram decisions, pricing, promotions, and new product launch strategies. Analyzes complex market and category data, builds fact-based recommendations and category narratives, supports customer presentations and engagements, partners with sales and brand teams, and tracks new product performance. The role is a parental-cover contract through May 2027.
