Lead and coach Revenue Operations and Sales Operations teams while owning Athena’s revenue technology stack. Design and administer HubSpot, billing and payment integrations, lead routing, enrichment, referrals, checkout automation, reporting, and data quality. Build AI-driven sales workflows and automation tied to revenue outcomes. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, Tech, Marketing, and Operations on systems, forecasting, handoffs, vendor decisions, and process improvements.

Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new commercial business opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle, maintain accurate CRM pipelines and forecasts, deliver tailored presentations, negotiate contracts, and build client relationships. Apply sales methodologies including MEDDICC, Challenger, BANT, and Sandler while collaborating with Marketing, Client Experience, Operations, and Revenue Operations. Communicate Athena’s AI-augmented human-in-the-loop value proposition and provide market feedback to internal teams.

Lead and grow a Platform Engineering team responsible for business-critical systems across sales, operations, billing, and AI. Define platform architecture and roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, build reusable workflow and integration systems, improve operational reliability and engineering practices, measure platform impact on business metrics, and communicate progress and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

The HubSpot Analyst will manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensure data integrity, design automations, and support cross-functional teams in driving efficiency and reporting.

The AI Engineering Intern will develop and enhance Large Language Models to improve task workflows, automate processes, and prototype AI features for client productivity.
