Serve as primary advisor for 25–35 enterprise customers, owning onboarding through measurable outcomes. Design data-driven recruiting systems, partner with founders on hiring plans and scorecards, codify hiring bar, own employer brand, build global recruiting infrastructure, and remain hands-on sourcing and closing key hires while growing a high-leverage talent team.

Lead product operations by managing feature launches, customer feedback, sales enablement, and adoption metrics. Build documentation and keep all teams aligned.

Oversee and enhance Profound's real estate and workplace operations, ensuring efficient space utilization, culture promotion, and smooth office functioning across locations.

Own and build Profound's security posture across cloud, platform, and corporate environments: harden AWS, run SOC 2 Type II compliance, integrate security scanning into CI/CD, manage vulnerabilities, detect and respond to incidents, run access reviews, maintain risk register, and build practical security policies and incident response.
