The Role
Own approximately 20 enterprise accounts and drive renewals, expansions, cross-sells, and upsells. Manage customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, lead executive business reviews and commercial negotiations, forecast revenue using CRM data, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Engagement Management to increase adoption and demonstrate measurable customer value.
Summary Generated by Built In

Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, used by 15% of the Fortune 500 including Comcast, Estée Lauder, and Walmart, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. It is where marketing teams do the work: research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting, all in one place, alongside agents that carry the load with them.

Built on 2B+ real user prompts and growing, Profound’s data shows you what people ask AI and what the models say back. Profound's AI Marketer joins that data with deep context about our customers to find the opportunities worth acting on, and then puts agents to work: automating reporting, drafting content, auditing pages for readability, running competitive research. It measures what works and gets better every day.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll be at the center of this transformation and drive growth across your customers. You'll partner directly with customer executives and key stakeholders to understand their business goals, address pain points, and ensure Profound is delivering clear, measurable ROI. Working closely with our Engagement Management team, you'll connect platform usage and engagement to real business outcomes, and expand relationships to uncover new opportunities.

What you’ll do
  • Own a portfolio of ~20 accounts and be directly responsible for renewal and expansion revenue

  • Co-manage the customer lifecycle with the Engagement Management team from onboarding through renewal, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and value

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s goals, workflows, and organization to position Profound as a must-have partner

  • Build organizational maps of customer deployments to expand relationships and impact

  • Build and manage a pipeline of renewals, cross-sells, and upsells against monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Lead commercial conversations including executive business reviews and negotiations for multi-product renewals and upsells

  • Forecast with precision using CRM data and pipeline management best practices to ensure transparency and accountability

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Engagement Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience and surface insights that drive adoption

Who you are
  • 5 or more years of SaaS experience in account management, renewals, or expansion sales

  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets through renewals and upsells, with quota-carrying experience required

  • Strong consultative selling skills and comfort leading discovery, demos, and business reviews with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage complex deals and procurement processes

  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills, able to build trust quickly and manage multiple stakeholder relationships

  • Highly organized and data-driven with strong pipeline discipline and attention to detail

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • High integrity and long-term orientation, motivated by customer success and sustainable revenue growth
