Leads aerospace program execution from planning through delivery, managing customer requirements, schedules, budgets, technical performance, risks, contractual deliverables, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include aircraft electrical system integration, electrical-mechanical interfaces, schematics, wiring diagrams, connector and circuit breaker panels, technical documentation, troubleshooting, production support, energy audits, and coordination with planning, production, and quality teams. The role requires applying aerospace electrical standards, managing individual deliverables, supporting sustainability processes, and taking a leadership role within the engineering group.

Oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, vendor management, and material control for aerospace programs. Negotiate vendor pricing and delivery terms, manage 3PL and shipping relationships, maintain ERP and vendor data, execute sourcing activities, monitor inventory and supply chain metrics, mitigate procurement risks, and ensure contract-compliant material delivery. The role partners with Engineering, Planning, and Program Management to optimize project spending and schedules.

Leads multidisciplinary aerospace mechanical engineering teams through full product development lifecycles. Responsibilities include designing and analyzing systems and components, producing drawings and technical documentation, resolving design issues, reducing manufacturing time, reviewing team work, mentoring engineers, and managing budget, quality, and schedule deliverables. The role requires collaboration with planning, production, and quality teams, extensive production-floor interaction, and domestic and international travel supporting product design and implementation.

Lead international marketing, sales, and capture for government and military aerospace opportunities. Identify, qualify, pursue, and win multi-million dollar deals; manage proposals, pricing, contracts (FAR/DFARS), and CRM data. Conduct market research, maintain partner and client relationships, coordinate travel and events, and contribute to marketing materials.
