Leads the operations, transformation, governance, and continuous improvement of content-related business systems across broadcast and digital media. Oversees metadata, AI-enabled workflows, automation, platform capacity, service resilience, roadmap planning, change prioritization, and delivery. Manages a small development and automation team while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, governance, cybersecurity, data protection, auditability, and responsible AI adoption.

Tracks KPIs, analyzes post-campaign performance, creates reports and dashboards, conducts market and competitor research, and provides recommendations. Collaborates with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams while coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

Supports learning programme coordination, training logistics, participant records, vendor communication, learning platforms, HRDC administration, reporting, employee communications, and process improvement. The intern will assist with Workday, GO1, Articulate 360, SharePoint, compliance training, digital learning initiatives, and AI-enabled workflow improvements while maintaining learning databases and supporting employee engagement.

Drive revenue growth for Rocketfuel Entertainment by developing new business, managing brand and agency relationships, creating integrated partnership proposals, leading pitches and negotiations, and owning the sales process through campaign handover. The role includes achieving revenue targets, maintaining sales forecasts, identifying upsell opportunities, monitoring market trends, servicing clients, attending industry events, and mentoring junior sales staff.

Develop new business and commercial partnerships for Rocketfuel Entertainment across brands, agencies, and clients.
