Coordinate and schedule agency trainings, assist with curriculum design and development, manage training room logistics and calendar, respond to staff inquiries, issue training certificates, take meeting notes, create reports, and support special training projects as assigned by the Director of Training and Staff Development.

Own product roadmaps, full lifecycle delivery, vendor oversight, ticket resolution, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and participation in high-level project management to meet agency objectives.

Serve as the primary CityTime administrator for DOHMH and OCME: implement hires, create orgs/schedules, assign approvers, clean organizational chart, troubleshoot via Remedy/ServiceNow with OPA, run CHRMS reports for leave auditing, coordinate comp time credits and expirations, process separations, and handle special payroll-related projects.

Assist a Project Manager on construction projects within the Borough Based Jails Program. Duties include overseeing third-party construction work in office and field, maintaining project management information systems, scheduling and cost tracking, coordinating activities among client agencies and contractors, reviewing reports and change orders, preparing management reports, and processing payment requisitions.

Oversee the Inter-Fund Agreement (IFA) Unit, manage staff, coordinate with OMB, DDC Capital Budget and sponsor agencies on IFA budget codes, create sub-project IDs, monitor billing and resolve overages, and respond to OMB inquiries on budget code mods, internal purchase orders, and post-audit reviews.
