Lead the NYC Board of Correction as chief executive, advancing oversight, policy, investigations, monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Manage staff and operations, engage DOC and stakeholders, handle communications and crises, and conduct regular facility visits to ensure accountability and conditions of confinement standards.

Manage procurements for services, goods, and construction; oversee evaluations and evaluator trainings; draft solicitations; consult internal units; maintain procurement records and process contracts to registration.

Serve as Systems Analyst/Product Owner for Data & Reporting: gather and refine requirements, model processes, perform gap analysis, design solutions, manage product vision and backlog, write user stories, participate in Scrum, conduct UAT, liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams, and document system processes to ensure compliant, functional product delivery.

Plan, execute, and report IT audits of cybersecurity, access controls, data integrity, and disaster recovery. Evaluate IT controls in pension and financial systems, perform risk assessments, review third-party vendors and cloud services for compliance with NIST, SOC, PCI, and COBIT, recommend risk-based improvements, and prepare actionable audit reports for executive leadership and the Board.

Provide administrative support to senior leadership: manage calendars, schedule meetings and events, draft emails, enter and track data for audits, maintain filing systems, support special projects, and perform other duties to support public engagement and departmental operations.

Lead and support nonprofit-focused procurement initiatives, create and manage project plans, conduct policy and data analysis, provide change management and stakeholder support, prepare meetings and presentations, and train/mentor other analysts.

Provide legal advice on zoning, land use, environmental review, and agency procedures; draft and negotiate land-use documents and contracts; assist Law Department litigation support; research case law; ensure FOIL and administrative compliance; participate in special projects and personnel matters.

Represent the Department in NYS Fair Hearings and court proceedings to discontinue temporary housing assistance; conduct legal research; draft pleadings and settlements; monitor compliance; prepare witnesses and evidence; maintain case files and update case management records. May be reassigned across NYC boroughs and requires travel.

Audit construction payment requisitions and change orders, perform field visits to verify quantity and quality of work, write comprehensive audit reports, and recommend approval, adjustment, or rejection of payments in compliance with Comptroller directives and City regulations.
