Support design, administration, and maintenance of the agency's IAM environment: manage certificate lifecycle (issuance, renewal, revocation), AD CS and CAs, HSM operations, CLM tooling, troubleshoot certificate and authentication issues, enforce identity policies and standards (NIST/CIS), and coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on secure access and governance projects.

Perform quantitative policy analysis across issues like housing, mental health, criminal justice, transit, and education; build and maintain datasets and analytical workflows; create visualizations and dashboards; translate findings into accessible insights for reports and presentations; coordinate with policy staff, partner bureaus, and civic tech communities.

Lead and manage high-visibility public safety and emergency management technology projects across the full lifecycle. Develop integrated plans, oversee cross-functional teams, manage governance, budgets, risks, procurement, and vendor deliverables. Coordinate transitions into production, mentor PMs, and engage executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and operational readiness.

Support launch and implementation of NYC DOT's Secure Bike Program by identifying installation sites, performing field evaluations, reviewing plans, maintaining databases, creating ArcGIS maps and outreach materials, coordinating with agencies and community stakeholders, conducting inspections, and assisting with reporting, public engagement, and program operations.

Review and determine residency, personal exemption, and not-for-profit exemption appeals; request information, conduct hearings as appropriate, and draft written determinations under delegation from the Tax Commission President. Serve as Judge/Hearing Officer for denied real property tax exemption applications.

Provide legal support for DOT initiatives including drafting and negotiating concession and maintenance agreements, reviewing sub-concessions, assisting enforcement for Dining Out NYC, regulatory work on micromobility and sustainable delivery, legal research, memoranda, and interagency coordination.

Lead social-first content for NYC Votes and CFB, producing short-form vertical video and social copy, managing content calendars, supporting influencer campaigns, analyzing performance, executing rapid-response messaging, ensuring accessibility and language access, and collaborating across teams to engage priority audiences.
