Lead and manage Public Markets Middle Office operations including staff supervision, manager onboarding, fund transfers, account maintenance, third-party oversight, operational due diligence, process documentation, and process improvements.

Review fiscal and programmatic documents (invoices, ledgers, contracts, policies) to verify allowability, compliance, and respond to external audit findings. Support preparation of factual rebuttals, Single Audit and Directive One responses, participate in audit meetings, and complete required training/CPE. Perform related audit liaison duties.

Support neighborhood purchasing by procuring goods/services, managing vendor communications, processing Oracle requisitions, collaborating across departments, monitoring purchasing trends, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer service. Manage the Competitive Sealed Bid Unit overseeing the full procurement lifecycle; ensure compliance with NYC Procurement and Policy Board rules; monitor and expedite procurements; develop SOPs and improvement strategies; produce status reports for internal and external partners using FMS and PASSPort; supervise staff and manage day-to-day unit operations.

Serve as DOF's chief spokesperson and lead communications: manage press activities, liaise with Mayor's Office and agencies, prepare press responses, testimonies, and briefing materials, execute communication and crisis response plans.

Support policy development and safety initiatives by analyzing internal and external data, drafting communications and recommendations, coordinating outreach and interagency meetings, and assisting the Director of Policy on projects and regulatory compliance tracking.

Lead a team of senior developers to implement cross-agency information management initiatives. Oversee PMO practices, code review, metrics, schedules, budgets, stakeholder communications, risk and dependency management, project reviews, and vendor management to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Provide litigation support for lien and recovery matters: conduct legal research, compute and process claims/liens, request and monitor Medicaid/Public Assistance records, prepare reports, communicate with attorneys and recipients, process recoveries, and may supervise junior paralegal aides.

Provide high-quality customer support and case navigation for vital records amendments; examine and approve amendment types, reconcile finances and security paper, test and report IT issues, train staff, present complex cases, and support emergency response and continuity operations.

Lead HR Special Initiatives to design, track, and report HR/LR KPIs; manage HRIS and personnel processing; compile and analyze data; draft reports and policy briefs; supervise training, internship and volunteer programs; coordinate events; manage unit budget and procurement systems.
