Leads sponsored programs administration for Harvard Medical School graduate education programs. Oversees proposal development, award acceptance, budgeting, post-award financial management, reporting, compliance, and closeout for complex federal and non-federal awards. Supervises grants managers, advises faculty and administrators, develops controls and procedures, coordinates student funding, manages restricted funds, prepares financial analyses, and leads process improvement, automation, systems implementation, and strategic initiatives.

Leads full-cycle software development for secure, scalable Oracle APEX applications and reports. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture, Java and PL/SQL development, REST API and web-service integration, testing, documentation, performance tuning, production support, security reviews, and system redundancy. The role provides technical leadership, evaluates emerging technologies, conducts code reviews, collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, and mentors junior staff while following SDLC, Agile, Lean, and software engineering best practices.

Manages interdisciplinary AI research projects spanning model evaluation, interpretability, research infrastructure, technology policy, trust and safety, and AI accountability. Coordinates collaborators, workflows, deliverables, grants, publications, and stakeholder events. Supervises junior researchers and supports technical and policy-oriented research outputs, including academic papers, policy briefs, essays, and presentations. The role also requires machine learning experimentation on GPU clusters, research reproducibility, proposal development, and engagement with policymakers, industry, academia, and civil society.

Acquires and develops 15–20 education-focused books annually, including soliciting and evaluating proposals, commissioning titles, managing peer review, presenting proposals to an advisory board, and guiding authors from contract through publication. Maintains publishing lists, identifies new areas, collaborates with production, marketing, and sales teams, and manages interns and freelance support.

Leads data science, software development, and technical product work for interdisciplinary research on data centers and AI infrastructure. Designs statistical, machine-learning, and geospatial analyses; develops scalable pipelines, databases, APIs, research software, and decision-support tools; co-leads studies through peer-reviewed publication; and translates research into technical products. Coordinates contributors, mentors junior researchers, ensures reproducibility and data governance, and communicates findings to academic, policy, industry, and public audiences.

Supports sponsored research finance operations by interpreting agreement terms, scheduling invoices and financial deliverables in GMAS, preparing sponsor invoices and reports, collecting outstanding receivables, analyzing financial data, and assisting with reconciliations, process documentation, training, and special projects.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to Harvard’s Provost, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense processing, event logistics, special projects, stakeholder communication, meeting preparation, and backup support for Deputy Provosts. The role requires discretion, independent judgment, responsiveness, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced academic environment.

Supports Harvard College Fund gift officers through prospect and volunteer data management, donor research, reporting, meeting preparation, correspondence, scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, event support, and stakeholder communication. Maintains accurate fundraising records using Advance and QlikView, prepares donor and event briefings, assists volunteer leaders, and helps ensure efficient fundraising operations while handling confidential information with discretion.

Coordinates the planning and delivery of Executive Education programs, including faculty and participant support, schedules, logistics, classroom and virtual session facilitation, program materials, vendors, events, meals, housing, technology, enrollment tracking, expenses, and evaluations. Collaborates with faculty, campus departments, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful domestic and international program execution. Provides on-site program support, manages online sessions, maintains participant websites and records, and assists with department initiatives.
