Manage real estate debt financing transactions from origination through closing, including lender outreach, structuring, negotiations, diligence, and documentation. Oversee existing debt portfolios, maturities, covenants, refinancings, restructurings, and capital optimization. Prepare financing analyses and portfolio reports, advise acquisition and asset management teams, support fund-level financing initiatives, and maintain lender and broker relationships.

Support investment origination, due diligence, execution, asset management, capital calls, dispositions, refinancing, business planning, and joint venture structuring. Prepare investment committee materials, conduct sector research, interact with partners and advisors, and mentor junior team members.

Support portfolio management by analyzing fund and asset performance, preparing investor-facing reports and presentations, maintaining financial projection and construction models, coordinating with internal teams on capital activity and valuations, responding to investor diligence, and contributing to data and platform initiatives to improve reporting and investor communications.
