Shoot, edit, and deliver cinematic films showcasing Fuse’s fusion-energy machines, people, tests, and technical work. Own the complete production workflow, including camera, lighting, audio, editing, color, scripting, concepts, and final delivery. Produce launch films, technical explainers, and social content, primarily as a one-person crew. Maintain a searchable footage library and collaborate with the creative team on cohesive branding. The role is on-site in San Leandro, California, may require relocation, occasional travel, and extended hours or weekends.

Build Fuse’s commercial partnerships from the ground up, focusing on semiconductor and electronics companies with radiation-hardening and testing needs. Own the full sales cycle, identify and prioritize partners, negotiate complex joint development agreements and strategic investments, secure stakeholder approval, and develop scalable approaches to commercialize Fuse’s capabilities. The role requires deep semiconductor market knowledge, technical fluency, commercial judgment, local relocation to San Leandro, extended hours when needed, and some business travel.

Leads company-wide FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range modeling, cash and liquidity planning, capital allocation, KPI reporting, fundraising support, and strategic investment analysis. Partners with the CEO, Accounting, investors, auditors, banks, and government-program stakeholders. Builds scalable financial infrastructure and supports pricing, unit economics, contract profitability, resource allocation, and the future Finance organization for a capital-intensive hardware company.

As an intern at Fuse, you will assist in building the TITAN fusion generator, collaborating with a team to achieve project goals.

Provide high-touch executive support to the founder: manage calendars, travel, logistics, communications, and cross-team coordination. Anticipate needs, remove blockers, prepare documents, and maintain discretion while enabling fast-paced decision-making and flawless operations.
