Responsibilities include collaborating with internal instructional design teams, supporting change management, managing multiple projects, and helping clients maximize the value of RLDatix’s healthcare operations platform.

Lead customer success for North America customers, build and execute data-driven success plans, drive adoption and renewals, manage stakeholder relationships, mentor junior CSMs, and coordinate cross-functional engagement to maximize product value and customer satisfaction.

Maintain and improve production software using Python, Django, and React. Lead and coach People team members through complex employee relations matters, use people data to inform decisions, and identify AI, automation, and process improvements that support scalable operations and organizational effectiveness.
