Provide commercial legal support for customer, supplier, and corporate relationships: draft and negotiate agreements, advise on contracting and product go-to-market and sourcing strategies, collaborate on regulatory and compliance issues (including FDA/import/export), counsel senior leadership on risk and strategy, and resolve disputes pre-litigation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare regulatory and legal initiatives. Scope, plan, execute, and govern cross-functional projects; partner with regulatory counsel and stakeholders; implement scalable tracking, reporting, and process adoption; manage metrics, timelines, risks, and communications to leadership.

Administer and maintain global Oracle EPM applications (PBCS, FCCS), manage data loads via Oracle Data Management/FDMEE, develop calculation scripts, reports, dashboards, and Smart View artifacts, support month-end close, enforce data governance, document changes, ensure system stability, and act as liaison between Finance, IT, and end users.
