Collaborates with business leaders, enterprise architecture, product owners, and project managers to support new capabilities and operational initiatives. Evaluates organizational and financial impacts, guides technology decisions, supports agile teams, and leads cross-functional stakeholders through system upgrades, outages, patches, and architectural planning.

Manage distributed pricing operations for branded products, including contracted and non-contracted customer pricing, discrepancy resolution, escalations, reporting, analysis, SOP documentation, and process optimization. Lead staff, translate strategy into execution, collaborate with sales, customers, vendors, and representatives, and implement policies and efficiency improvements. The role also includes hiring, performance management, training, resource planning, and ensuring timely completion of work.
