Partner with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure DFMA, define equipment specs, manage integrators, perform validation, support ramp-to-rate, and transition stable systems to sustaining engineering while driving continuous improvement in OEE, yield, and cycle time.

Design, build, validate, and analyze manufacturing and assembly tooling for Corsair & Mirage product lines. Produce GD&T drawings, run FEA and hand calculations, develop validation plans, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to support full-rate production and quality standards.

Lead mechanical infrastructure design and standards for HVAC, plumbing, process utilities and piping. Develop project scope and RFPs, review and direct third-party designs, perform equipment sizing, support construction commissioning, and manage small capital projects. Provide code-compliant, industrial solutions and advise internal and external teams.

Lead design, build, and test of electrical and electro-mechanical systems for autonomous surface vehicles. Perform schematic/PCB design, simulations, integration, troubleshooting, lab and field testing, data analysis, and documentation to support prototype development and system reliability.

Create and maintain brand visual assets across web, social, print, trade shows, and documentation. Develop and uphold brand guidelines, produce marketing collateral, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and simplify complex technical information into clear visuals.

Lead design, analysis, and development of autonomous surface vessel hulls, structures, and systems; perform stability, resistance, propulsion, seakeeping and maneuvering analyses; support CAD modeling, testing (model and at-sea), autonomous system integration, design reviews, and technical reporting.

Define, build, and scale supplier quality and supply chain systems. Translate manufacturing and quality needs into scalable software requirements and workflows, evaluate and deploy off-the-shelf tools, partner with engineering to implement internal tools, and build processes for supplier qualification, nonconformance handling, CAPA, and performance management while driving data visibility and continuous improvement.
