Design system-level power and energy solutions, perform dynamic modeling and engineering analysis, develop technical proposals and specifications, lead customer technical discovery and site assessments, support sales and contract negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deliverability and optimize cost/performance, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Lead end-to-end new product development programs from concept through launch. Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and phase-gate execution. Align cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, commercial, service), manage launch readiness, communicate executive-ready status, and drive decisions to deliver predictable program outcomes.

Design and develop power package mechanical assemblies and enclosures using 2D/3D CAD, create drawings and BOMs, collaborate with departments and third-party engineers, troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensure safety and quality, and prepare fabrication/assembly documentation.

Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle for mission-critical electrical systems. Interpret specifications and drawings, develop technical proposals and submittals, partner with estimating/engineering/operations for pricing and configurations, attend customer meetings, support negotiations, and ensure accurate project handoffs and on-time bid submissions.

Lead a portfolio of engineered-to-order projects across life sciences, semiconductor, automotive and emerging tech. Manage and develop a PM team, align cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales), drive risk management, ensure consistent execution and customer commitments, and oversee facility coordination and production-floor engagement.

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for custom switchgear, produce accurate CAD models and drawings, perform FEA, maintain BOMs, collaborate with vendors and project teams, supervise and review drawings, implement process improvements, and mentor designers. Occasional travel required.

Administer and support employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, COBRA), manage enrollments and claims inquiries, ensure compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA), coordinate with vendors, run audits and reporting, support open enrollment and benefits communications, and assist with leave administration and benefits-related projects.

Manage full-cycle HR tasks including applicant tracking, onboarding through termination, maintaining employee files, benefits administration, payroll processing, workers' comp coordination, safety record collaboration, and providing administrative support to the HR manager.
