Lead technical execution and team development for connected-services projects involving control systems, electrical power monitoring, and modular infrastructure. Own projects from $50K to $20M, including platform selection, system architecture, design reviews, budgeting, purchasing, change orders, commissioning, customer interface, and financial performance. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, sales, service, field personnel, and subcontractors while managing risks, schedules, resources, and customer relationships. Indirectly supervise approximately 5–10 employees.

Partner with regional operations to deliver financial reporting, rolling forecasts, and project-level profitability analysis (including percentage-of-completion). Build dynamic models, support pricing and bid decisions, contribute to M&A diligence and integration, design BI dashboards and process improvements, and produce board- and sponsor-ready materials to drive profitability and operational decisions.
