Leads the New England market by driving revenue growth, profitability, client relationships, project delivery, and team development. The role oversees regional growth plans, sales opportunities, project performance, forecasting, staffing, client escalations, and operational improvements. Success is measured through revenue, margin, retention, staffing, client satisfaction, and execution of the long-term regional strategy. Previous mass appraisal experience and strong commercial, financial, leadership, and relationship-management capabilities are required.

Provides administrative, records management, and customer service support for municipal assessing departments. Assists residents with property assessments, exemptions, abatements, and excise taxes; maintains taxpayer and property records; processes applications; prepares reports and correspondence; coordinates assessor meetings; and ensures compliance with public records, confidentiality, and Massachusetts regulations.

Profiles, normalizes, and validates incoming data; monitors and troubleshoots production ETL processes; builds SSIS packages; performs database schema changes; supports client and data-source onboarding; conducts data quality checks; investigates reported issues; communicates technical problems to business and development teams; and documents ETL workflows and schedules.

Provides day-to-day software and database support for customers using proprietary CAMA software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, resolving support cases, documenting customer updates, supporting implementations and upgrades, advocating for customer needs, and improving team processes. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, efficient case management, adaptability, and the ability to learn complex systems. Experience with government, real estate, regulated systems, SQL, Salesforce, JIRA, and Microsoft Office is valuable.

Leads a distributed IT team supporting networks, security, applications, incident response, helpdesk, datacenters, and Azure hosting. Owns IT roadmaps, priorities, budgets, vendor relationships, cybersecurity response, continuous improvement, and M&A technical due diligence and integration. Requires hands-on hybrid infrastructure leadership, executive communication, data-driven prioritization, and experience managing teams across multiple locations.

Manage mass appraisal and reappraisal projects, including property data review, valuation modeling, statistical analysis, hearings, client communication, and field reviews. Coordinate with data and statistics teams, oversee database updates, train junior staff, manage stakeholders, and maintain client and taxpayer relationships. The role requires occasional travel throughout Ohio and experience with CAMA or similar appraisal systems.

Review aerial imagery and property records to update parcel data, enter and edit information in internal systems and PDFs, ensure accuracy and consistency, meet daily targets, and communicate with the team to support workflows.

Lead technical owner for a legacy CAMA application: maintain and enhance Delphi/SQL systems, modernize SDLC (GitHub, documentation, releases), triage requests with support teams, perform data conversions, and provide weekly plans and cross-functional technical leadership to ensure reliability for 45 customers.

Perform on-the-ground inspections of real estate in Pike County, verifying and recording physical property details, submitting progress reports, interacting professionally with the public, and working full-time outdoors.

Lead product lifecycle for CAMA and Tax solutions: define roadmap, translate regulatory and market needs into requirements, prioritize backlog, engage customers and stakeholders, support go-to-market and RFPs, and produce communications and deliverables to drive product adoption and profitability.
