Coordinate daily office and workplace operations, including front desk services, visitor management, facilities, safety, events, purchasing, vendors, inventory, fleet records, company housing, and guest support. Manage invoices, budgets, mail, communications, onboarding setups, and administrative processes while partnering with employees, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Provide occasional after-hours support and continuously improve workplace operations.

Lead a small data engineering team partnering with Engagement Marketing to build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data quality, define marketing metrics, integrate trusted data with ad platforms, and drive the data roadmap to enable measurement and growth.
