Performs manual and automated software, hardware, and firmware testing across smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. Creates test plans, procedures, and cases; analyzes results; documents defects; reviews requirements and designs; collaborates with developers; and manages testing timelines and documentation. The role is full-time and on-site, with up to 25% customer travel.

Leads process development, validation, risk analysis, and continuous improvement for medical device manufacturing. Develops and validates stable production processes, conducts trials and DOE studies, evaluates materials and process changes, establishes acceptance criteria, and authors technical reports. Collaborates with Quality, R&D, engineers, and technicians while supporting manufacturing operations, implementing equipment safety protocols, and leading process improvement initiatives.
