Own Medlive’s digital growth channels, including paid media, corporate website, SEO/AEO, email, and CRM. Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance dashboards, report on OKRs, segment audiences, improve conversion rates, and maintain marketing workflows. The role partners with content, design, and marketing leadership in a remote-first environment to drive client and healthcare provider acquisition and engagement.

Supports Account Managers with client and promotional program execution, including onboarding, approvals, production, scheduling, deliverable tracking, reporting, meeting preparation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Ensures programs are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with client and regulatory standards while maintaining a seamless client experience.

Lead and deliver promotional healthcare education programs from onboarding through production, regulatory approval, execution, and reporting. Act as client-facing contact, manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination. Track program performance, ensure regulatory/legal compliance with marketing, and support occasional in-studio broadcasts (up to 10% travel).

Support Digital Solutions BD leadership with account prioritization and pipeline insights. Research, qualify leads, and run outbound campaigns (using Claude Cowork). Assist deal prep, pitch and proposal development, and Salesforce-related tasks. Prepare leadership reports, meeting materials, and track outreach, conversion, and pipeline metrics while building knowledge of the Medlive portfolio and pharma buying cycle to grow into a BD role.
