Lead identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies (AI, automation, robotics) and process improvements across logistics and corporate functions. Build business cases, run pilots, coordinate cross-functional teams, assess operational and financial impact, support governance and enterprise readiness, and measure post-implementation outcomes.

Lead front-end deal qualification and rapid ROM pricing to prioritize high-probability logistics opportunities. Align stakeholders, drive decisions between quick pricing, minor engineering, or full solution scope, and accelerate vetted deals into GeoLaunch. Engage customers, standardize ROM frameworks, and support high-level warehouse and operational design to reduce cycle time and improve conversion.
