Provide systems analysis and support, install/configure/maintain technologies, partner with clients to gather requirements, deploy and support networkwide applications, and analyze data to recommend process and system improvements.

Lead conceptual and detailed design of distribution and fulfillment facilities: analyze client data, develop material handling specs, produce engineered AutoCAD layouts, perform slotting/pick path analyses, prepare WMS configuration and slotting files, manage vendors through installation and commissioning, and support RFPs and implementation.

Manage customs classification and compliance for import entries, advise clients on duty-minimizing sourcing/design, perform audits and risk assessments, prepare customs reports, train staff, and handle post-entry filings and government interactions. Travel up to 10%.

Classify products under the HTSUS, determine applicable other-government-agency requirements, advise clients to minimize duties, maintain product classification library, prepare customs and operational reports, conduct line reviews, train and manage staff on classification and regulatory issues, represent company at industry events, and travel up to 10%.

Provide legal support for commercial transactions: draft, redline, and negotiate complex contracts and SOWs; advise executives and Freight Forwarding/Transportation units on legal risks; manage projects and pre-litigation matters; train paralegals and monitor legislative changes.

Design and manage database solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance, while collaborating with teams for effective data use.

Supervise FTZ compliance and warehouse operations: verify/validate shipments, reconcile inventory between Synapse and AOS, prepare FTZ reports, train/manage staff, ensure regulatory and ISO compliance, maintain safety and customer communication, and support payroll and account profitability.
