Leads GEODIS’s innovation system from intake through validation, funding, deployment, and operational handoff. Owns portfolio governance, stage-gate decisions, capacity sequencing, value measurement, innovation methods, external partnerships, IP management, and continuous process improvement. Builds organizational innovation capabilities, develops and leads the team, presents portfolio performance to executives, and ensures initiatives are advanced, pivoted, held, or terminated based on evidence.

Partners with clients to gather business requirements, configure system specifications, deploy and support networkwide applications, ensure application integration, and analyze data to recommend process and system improvements.

Manages final-mile warehouse and distribution center operations, including inventory, shipment handling, equipment maintenance, staffing, training, safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, KPIs, budgeting, and P&L. Leads supervisors and hourly employees, coordinates with customer service, sales, and engineering, maintains warehouse systems and layouts, resolves operational issues, and ensures compliance with applicable certifications and food safety requirements.

Leads finance operations for international entities, overseeing accounting controls, tax strategy, treasury management, forecasting, budgeting, financial close, consolidation, reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinates multi-country planning, supports ERP and EPM implementations, assists with audits, collaborates with corporate accounting and headquarters stakeholders, and supervises finance staff.

Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, travel booking, preparing presentations and communications, managing contracts and board packages, expense reporting, office supplies and meeting coordination, receptionist backup, and general administrative tasks.

Administers broad HR programs, advises supervisors on employee relations, conducts orientations and engagement meetings, leads HR training, responds to policy inquiries, supports regulatory compliance, and manages non-exempt and entry-level exempt recruiting activities, including job fairs.

Leads business development and sales for warehousing, logistics, brokerage, and domestic transportation services. Generates new customers, expands existing accounts, develops pricing and solutions with cross-functional teams, coordinates with operations and project management, provides competitive market intelligence, and negotiates profitable logistics partnerships. Requires substantial 3PL and contract logistics experience, strong sales performance, and travel up to 50%.

Supervises warehouse employees under operations leadership, tracks labor hours, supports manpower planning, coordinates shipping schedules and rework projects, and performs product picking and shipment preparation. Ensures accurate loading, efficient picking, cycle-count support, and compliance with customer and company standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED, three to five years of related experience or training, warehouse equipment experience, and the ability to interpret procedures and prepare routine reports.

Coordinates ocean export shipments from order receipt through documentation, carrier arrangements, regulatory compliance, customer communication, and organized file maintenance. Prepares commercial invoices, export declarations, certificates of origin, and letters of credit, while maintaining customer-specific procedures and supporting service quality. Provides clerical assistance and liaises with vendors, government agencies, customers, and internal service teams.

Manages government and defense customer onboarding, implementation, supplier portals, pricing, contract compliance, RFP responses, business development support, and customer reviews. Ensures local adaptation of global standards, regulatory compliance, profitability, and effective project and risk management across international logistics and supply chain operations.
