Partners with technology teams to standardize workflows, coaches site leaders, and harmonizes processes across operations. The role requires substantial field travel, advanced analytics, Lean Six Sigma expertise, transportation knowledge, and senior stakeholder communication.

Lead IT security compliance and audit readiness for SOC 1/2 and HIPAA; operationalize ISO 27001 and NIST controls; manage evidence, remediation, and cross-functional coordination; maintain privacy compliance across the Americas; run control assessments, vendor risk, and reporting; advise stakeholders and support external audits and regulatory inquiries.

Lead and mentor engineers to support, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure. Organize maintenance activities, anticipate and mitigate network or other attack vectors, and create and maintain network configuration and process documentation.
