Coordinate import/export operations including shipment monitoring, export compliance audits, CargoWise tracking, warehouse coordination, report review, TSA IACSSP enforcement, team oversight, and client communications.

Serve as the customer service liaison for freight forwarding: select carriers and routings, process and file shipment documentation in Cargowise/AS400, coordinate with overseas agents and warehouse staff, calculate rates and conversions, complete invoicing and ensure 95%+ data accuracy, assist customers with tracking and issues, and comply with carrier and government regulations.

Oversees HR functions including compliance with legal reporting, recruiting and onboarding, benefits and salary administration, performance management, employee relations, training managers, recordkeeping, investigations, wage surveys, and exit interviews.

Oversee distribution center operations to ensure inventory integrity, timely order fulfillment, equipment maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, KPI attainment, staffing, training, and customer satisfaction. Manage budgets/P&L, partner with engineering and customers, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
