Provides technical support for payment processing systems, POS terminals, pin pads, gateways, and merchant accounts. The role triages and escalates tickets, troubleshoots connectivity and processing issues, configures payment equipment, assists sales partners, handles complex client escalations, delivers gateway demonstrations, and coaches and trains support representatives while supporting process improvements and compliance.

Provides internal IT help desk support, including hardware and software installation, advanced troubleshooting, identity and access administration, remote support infrastructure management, endpoint security compliance, and user onboarding/offboarding. The role analyzes recurring issues, documents solutions, supports business-critical users, coordinates technology projects, manages software approvals, and provides phone and chat-based assistance. It also repairs computers, mobile devices, and networking hardware while contributing to IT process improvements.

Support underwriting team with partner background checks, identity and business verification, data entry, recordkeeping, and workflow tracking. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations, assist reporting and special projects, and apply analytics and ML approaches to improve onboarding, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.

Provides front desk and office administrative support, including greeting visitors, managing supplies, coordinating vendors, deliveries, events, meetings, onboarding activities, travel arrangements, employee communications, invoices, work orders, and general clerical tasks. Maintains organized office spaces and supports employee engagement programs and special projects.

Manage and execute payments-related projects from intake to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Underwriting, Legal) to meet milestones, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with card network and regulatory requirements. Focus on merchant onboarding, acquiring/processor requirements, fraud and chargeback programs, internal tooling, and process improvements.
