Designs and improves the legal department’s operating model, including intake, triage, marketing review, contract management, knowledge management, and e-billing. Leads Slate’s GenAI strategy, architecture, and production deployment across vehicle engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, and go-to-market operations. Owns enterprise-scale GenAI platforms, agentic systems, data and context layers, model serving, evaluation, guardrails, and observability. Applies physical AI to robotics, computer vision, predictive maintenance, and factory feedback loops. Recruits and develops a high-performing technical team while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, stakeholder engagement, and technical standards.

Lead the design, procurement, validation, commissioning, and improvement of automotive General Assembly equipment, fixtures, and tooling. Support NPI through tooling strategies, layouts, PFMEAs, control plans, and launch readiness. Analyze equipment performance, resolve root causes, improve safety, quality, throughput, uptime, and cost, and maintain technical documentation. Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams while training technicians, operators, and engineers.

Own procure-to-pay process improvement across accounts payable, purchasing, receiving, suppliers, and plant operations. Conduct root-cause analyses, manage corrective actions, author SOPs, improve invoice matching and exception workflows, support SAP implementation hypercare, evaluate automation, report performance metrics, strengthen payment controls, and support month-end close activities.

Supports financial operations for a manufacturing plant through budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost modeling, variance analysis, inventory and capital accounting, KPI reporting, and internal controls. Partners with plant operations, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, program management, FP&A, and corporate finance teams to improve cost transparency, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial performance in a high-growth EV manufacturing environment.

Manage the end-to-end pre-signature contracting process for commercial agreements across buy-side and sell-side transactions. Review and redline contracts, coordinate stakeholder input, identify risks, and escalate deviations. Maintain templates, clause libraries, playbooks, contract records, and SharePoint resources. Support CLM tools, workflow improvement, change management, process standardization, and contracting metrics while guiding non-lawyers across Legal, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams.

Owns day-to-day and long-term PR and communications operations, including planning, program tracking, budgets, timelines, documentation, vendor coordination, and cross-functional status management. Coordinates fleet and event readiness, identifies brand visibility opportunities, monitors competitive risks, and proactively resolves conflicts. Partners with Marketing, Fleet, Distribution, Program Management, Design, and Engineering to keep communications programs on brand and on schedule.

Lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation and ongoing production support for Slate’s Warsaw manufacturing plant. Configure FICO, integrate SAP with supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and enterprise systems, and manage workshops, data migration, testing, cutover, UAT, training, and go-live. After implementation, resolve production issues, maintain configuration and interfaces, support financial close and audits, and manage enhancements aligned with enterprise governance.
