Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automation and control systems for BIW/body production. Rapidly resolve PLC/robot/vision downtime, optimize PLC logic/HMI/robot programs, support running changes and upgrades, perform root-cause analysis, ensure safety-compliant control logic, and drive continuous improvement in uptime, quality, and documentation.

Lead controls and process engineering for coatings and bonding in an automotive brownfield production facility. Develop electrical and controls specifications, commission PLC/SCADA/robot integrations, support MES integration, improve OEE, and provide technical support to maintenance and operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
