Lead technical warranty accounting and policy development under ASC 450. Own warranty liability methodologies, accruals, disclosures, audit support, and controls. Partner cross-functionally to evaluate product/service accounting impacts, drive NetSuite/ERP process improvements, mentor staff, and support forecasting, SOX readiness, and scalable accounting operations in a high-growth automotive/EV environment.

Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to define requirements, ensure homologation and traceability, and validate diagnostics using industry tools.

Design, architect, and operate a resilient SAP landscape (S/4HANA, BTP, HANA) including HA, DR, cloud (AWS/Azure) migrations, upgrades, security remediation, monitoring, and Basis administration to ensure uptime and audit readiness.

Coordinate, schedule, and deliver classroom and on-the-floor training for plant employees; track attendance and completion in the LMS; support onboarding, safety refreshers, pilot rollouts, and continuous improvement of training programs.

Lead technical design and delivery of custom SAP S/4HANA solutions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance. Implement OOP ABAP, RAP, OData, CDS, AMDP, and ABAP Unit testing. Govern Clean Core architecture, build developer tooling and AI-assisted automation, review code, mentor teams, and coordinate with system integrators through upgrades and full-lifecycle rollouts.

Lead product storytelling and go-to-market for vehicles, features, and accessories. Partner cross-functionally to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans; translate technical product details into consumer-facing marketing; manage briefs, campaigns, and execution.

Lead design, specification, procurement, validation, and launch of assembly equipment, fixtures, and tooling for General Assembly. Support NPI, supplier reviews, commissioning, performance analysis, root-cause corrective actions, ergonomics and layout improvements, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and training of technicians and operators to drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets.
