Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise prospects and clients evaluating Eon’s cloud backup platform. Lead proofs of concept, solution design, integrations, deployments, onboarding, and implementation guidance. Partner with account executives, troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure challenges, create technical content, and translate customer feedback into product and engineering requirements. The role requires strong communication, public cloud experience, and up to 30% domestic travel.

Provide first- and second-line IT support in a primarily macOS environment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, SaaS applications, identity and access issues, networking, VPN, and connectivity problems. Manage onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, assets, inventory, and access controls. Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Okta; resolve tickets within SLAs; document solutions; escalate complex issues; and improve IT processes, automation, and employee experience.

Build and lead strategic technology partnerships across the AI, data, and cloud infrastructure ecosystem. Develop executive relationships, identify integration and commercial opportunities, and drive partnerships including OEM/licensing, joint go-to-market, co-selling, and infrastructure agreements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to evaluate opportunities, develop business cases, close complex deals, and execute partnerships. Provide ecosystem intelligence and help establish the company’s strategic partnerships playbook.

Provide senior-level technical support for a cloud backup platform by troubleshooting customer issues, analyzing logs, networking, Linux systems, and code. Escalate complex incidents, coordinate with product and engineering teams, maintain documentation, and design automation that scales support operations. Participate in after-hours, holiday, and weekend on-call coverage while working primarily 9–6 EST.

Coordinates executive calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, customer and prospect engagements, events, follow-ups, and action items for US leadership and go-to-market teams. Supports front-of-house office operations, welcomes stakeholders, manages conference rooms and logistics, and resolves urgent operational needs. Requires strong organization, initiative, responsiveness, communication, ownership, and comfort working with executives and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement for VARs, distributors, MSSPs, and resellers; drive pipeline and revenue through channel partners; deliver training and playbooks; coordinate go-to-market with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success; mentor channel team members while managing your own partner portfolio.

Provide U.S. commercial legal support for sales, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS, partner, reseller, vendor, and vendor agreements. Advise stakeholders on legal and commercial risk, develop contract templates and playbooks, and collaborate with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance to enable strategic transactions and scalable legal processes.

Own Eon’s enterprise security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, engineering, operations, and customer trust programs. Build and lead the security organization, manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and FedRAMP readiness, oversee detection and incident response, partner with Engineering and Product on secure design, and represent security to executives, the board, regulators, enterprise customers, and industry stakeholders.

The Senior Sales Engineer will partner with Account Executives, leading technical discovery, demonstrating solutions, educating customers, and providing feedback to influence product development.

Design and implement Eon's cloud backup solution for enterprise clients. Lead technical evaluations and POCs, advise on integration, deployment, and tracking strategies, onboard clients, produce technical content, gather feedback to inform product roadmap, and provide occasional onsite support.
