Eon is building its channel motion: resellers, cloud marketplaces and partner-led competitive displacement. We need an operator to build the systems behind it. This role owns partner operations end to end: deal registration, partner incentives, marketplace transactions, attribution and partner performance. You'll also be a core, hands-on member of the RevOps team, splitting your time between the partner motion and broader RevOps work: Salesforce, automation, reporting and analytics across the whole GTM engine.
This is a builder role for someone very technical. You'll do a lot of the work in Salesforce yourself, connect tools through automation, and use AI tools and agents.
What You'll Do- Build and run the partner operations backbone: deal registration, channel conflict rules, partner tiers, and the partner-sourced vs. partner-influenced attribution model
- Run partner and channel incentive programs (reseller incentives, AE/SE SPIFFs, displacement promotions) from design support and tracking through payout validation
- Build partner pipeline and performance reporting: partner-sourced pipeline, win rates, deal velocity, and ROI by partner and by program
- Be the operational point of contact for partners and the internal partner team, and turn channel strategy into processes the field will actually follow
- Work with Legal on partner agreements (reseller, referral and marketplace terms): keep templates current, support negotiations with the operational details, and track agreement status, terms and renewals in Salesforce
- Connect the partner motion to core RevOps processes, working with the RevOps Manager: partner-sourced and marketplace pipeline in the forecast, partner coverage aligned to territories and account ownership, and routing rules for partner-sourced leads and opportunities
- Own the partner-to-comp workflow: make sure partner deals, SPIFFs and co-sell credit flow cleanly into the commission process run by RevOps, with high data integrity
- Analyze partner contribution across the funnel (Marketing → SDR → Sales → CS), find bottlenecks and turn them into concrete process or system fixes
- Set up partner and marketplace deals correctly in Salesforce (partner of record, discount and margin tiers, private offer terms) so they reach Deal Desk clean and approval-ready
- Drive adoption of partner processes through documentation, field enablement and shared definitions and metrics across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance and Legal
- Work as an extension of the RevOps team beyond partners: pick up core RevOps work as priorities shift, from Salesforce requests, reporting and data hygiene to process fixes and cross-functional projects, with clear owners, milestones and success metrics
- Go beyond being a power user: build hands-on in Salesforce with Flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, page layouts, and reports
- Design and ship automations across the GTM stack (Salesforce, Slack, Gong, marketplace portals, billing) to remove manual work and data errors
- Build AI agents and AI-powered workflows (data QA checks, partner deal routing, deal reg triage, partner reporting) and keep finding new places AI can multiply the team's output
- Build a PRM (partner relationship management) system from scratch on top of Salesforce: partner onboarding, deal registration, partner-facing access and performance tracking
- 4–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Partner Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep technical Salesforce ability: you build Flows, automations and data models yourself and don't wait for an admin. Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven automation experience with tools like Zapier, Workato, n8n or native Salesforce automation
- Hands-on with AI tools and agent-building: you've built AI workflows or agents (for example with Claude, ChatGPT or MCP-based integrations) that solved real operational problems, and you can show them
- High-pace environment experience: you've worked at a startup or scale-up where priorities change weekly and speed matters
- Independent: you take an ambiguous problem, structure it and ship a solution without needing a detailed spec
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communicator: you influence without authority and turn data into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership and the field
- Channel, reseller or partner operations experience: deal registration, partner incentives, attribution
- Cloud marketplace experience (AWS Marketplace private offers in particular)
- Experience in consumption-based or infrastructure / cloud SaaS businesses
