Owns project risk and change management for data center construction programs. Maintains quantified risk registers, assigns mitigation ownership, controls change orders across contractors and vendors, evaluates pricing and contractual entitlement, supports negotiations, monitors claims documentation, and integrates risk and pending-change exposure into cost forecasts. The role also establishes program-wide risk and change processes, templates, approval thresholds, and lessons learned.

Support procure-to-pay lifecycle, issue and track purchase orders, coordinate supplier expediting and logistics, monitor deliveries and payment milestones, maintain purchasing records, and improve P2P workflows and reporting to reduce risk and improve material availability for capital projects.

Provides transactional legal support for data center and energy infrastructure development, including site control, land acquisitions, easements, purchase agreements, construction and procurement contracts, interconnection agreements, leases, and project finance transactions. Coordinates due diligence involving titles, surveys, environmental reports, and zoning analyses while managing outside counsel and cross-functional stakeholders through closing.

First-pass review and drafting of NDAs, vendor, SaaS, and services agreements; manage contract intake/workflows, maintain templates and clause library, coordinate executions and handoffs, track renewals, and support lightweight automation to improve contracting efficiency.

The Chief of Staff will assist the CEO by executing growth initiatives, managing projects, and fostering cross-departmental alignment in a dynamic environment.

Lead negotiations for complex agreements in data centers, balancing inventory and demand, and structuring deals that maximize capacity and revenue.

Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for energy, power, and infrastructure roles: build proactive pipelines, partner with senior leaders, map market intelligence, manage candidate experience through offer, and scale hiring for growth.

Support financing and capital markets activities for infrastructure growth: structure and evaluate capital solutions, build financial models, conduct market research, support transaction execution and diligence, prepare lender and committee materials, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through deal close and post-close reporting.

Build and maintain the integrated Primavera P6 schedule for a data center build; run progress cycles with field walkdowns; analyze critical and near-critical paths and model recovery scenarios; integrate and audit contractor/vendor schedules; develop commissioning schedules; and produce decision-driving schedule health reports and lookaheads.

The Associate, Strategic Finance will support financial modeling, capital markets activities, corporate structuring, and strategic recommendations, aiding senior leadership in financial decision-making.
