The VP, FP&A will enhance Hut 8's financial planning by building a tech-savvy FP&A function to support growth and optimize costs in complex environments.

Serve as lead lawyer for engineering, construction, and equipment procurement. Draft and negotiate EPC, construction, and supplier agreements; manage claims, change orders, liquidated damages, warranties, and contractor performance; coordinate outside counsel; align construction timelines with utilities, customer delivery, and financing; oversee long-lead equipment procurement and contract flowdowns; maintain standardized contract libraries and procedures; provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams and executive/board reporting; manage construction litigation and budgeted outside counsel engagement.

Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for energy, power, and infrastructure roles: build proactive pipelines, partner with senior leaders, map market intelligence, manage candidate experience through offer, and scale hiring for growth.
