Serve as onsite strategic lead for a large enterprise account, driving transportation network performance, executive relationships, cost optimization, reporting and analytics, cross-functional coordination, QBRs, forecasting, and issue escalation to grow and retain the partnership.

Serve as a senior, client-facing strategic advisor for enterprise freight customers. Own account strategy, drive retention and growth, lead executive reviews, analyze performance, surface cost-saving opportunities, manage escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable supply-chain outcomes.

Lead end-to-end development of production ML systems for Uber Freight: identify opportunities, research algorithms (including deep learning and LLMs), prototype, deploy at scale, and monitor models. Integrate generative AI and agentic systems where valuable and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and network effects.
