The Senior Compensation Analyst administers, audits, and improves compensation programs, including salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, merit, bonus, and variable pay programs. Responsibilities include analyzing market data, ensuring legal compliance, evaluating job classifications and FLSA status, managing compensation data in Workday, supporting budgets, and recommending pay adjustments. The role partners with HR and stakeholders, leads compensation projects, and provides training and reporting.

Responsibilities include associate staffing, career counseling, performance evaluation support, training program implementation, onboarding, exit procedures, and professional development events. The role partners with attorneys and administrative teams across domestic offices and requires a JD, law firm experience, strong communication skills, discretion, flexibility, and hybrid attendance in New York.

The role requires discretion with confidential information, strong organization, attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid New York office environment.

Architects, develops, and maintains cloud-native C#/.NET applications and AI-powered solutions on Azure. Designs and deploys AI agents, RAG systems, prompt workflows, tool calling, and vector search capabilities. Establishes engineering standards, makes architectural decisions, conducts code reviews, mentors developers, and translates business needs into technical roadmaps. Integrates responsible AI practices, security, privacy, evaluation, and governance throughout the software development lifecycle.
