Supports month-end close, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, revenue and billing audits, cash application verification, accounts receivable reviews, operational settlements, accounts payable checks, accruals, and accounting control documentation. The role investigates variances, maintains supporting schedules, verifies data across systems, and contributes to process improvement and cross-training while preserving segregation of duties.

Coordinates CG Railway’s import and export shipments, including ACE manifesting, customs documentation, customer and broker communications, trade compliance, recordkeeping, shipment tracking, delay resolution, dangerous goods documentation, audits, and invoicing coordination. Requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, strong Microsoft Office skills, five years of relevant import/export documentation experience, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
