Serve as a short- or long-term advisor designing and transitioning health programs to Government-to-Government (G2G) modalities. Provide strategic guidance, stakeholder facilitation, program and MEL design, risk and fiduciary assessments, compliance advice, and coordination with U.S. interagency and host-country partners. Support development of G2G frameworks, financial oversight, reporting, and capacity-strengthening to promote sustainable, accountable, results-oriented health assistance.

Support AFLCMC/EN financial operations: execute budget planning, tracking, and reporting; prepare and execute funding documents; perform reconciliation and analysis; develop forecasts and spend plans; support Program Management Reviews and financial briefings; monitor execution and identify funding risks; assist contract and budget reconciliation.
