Supervises the Catalog Database team, assigning work, managing priorities, training employees, and monitoring completion. Oversees title additions and database maintenance for print, digital, and other course content. Reviews reports for discrepancies, coordinates corrections, supports quality standards, resolves operational issues, and collaborates with internal departments on catalog-related activities. Provides coaching, feedback, and guidance while ensuring accurate, timely execution of established procedures.

Manage relationships with assigned educational institution clients, serving as the primary liaison for course material adoptions, digital and print initiatives, inquiries, reporting, and operational execution. Responsibilities include resolving concerns, conducting partnership reviews, monitoring inventory and fulfillment, supporting digital platforms, identifying service and growth opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
