The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and manage GCP environments, develop IaC using Terraform, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and ensure cloud security compliance. Responsibilities include migration, optimization, and providing technical guidance to clients.

Lead hands-on R&D AI transformation programs across clients: run assessments, define KPIs and rollout plans, optimize AI coding tooling, build AI infra, dashboards and playbooks, create and deliver training at scale, mentor trainers, and support pre-sales.

Manage complex cloud, software, or infrastructure projects using Agile: plan timelines, milestones, budgets; track progress; update stakeholders; coordinate global Cloud Architects, DevOps, and account teams; resolve customer requirements.

Support the CEO in day-to-day business operations, partner and sales processes, HubSpot data and reporting, dashboard creation, customer project coordination, marketing coordination, workflow analysis, and implementing AI/automation to improve processes.

Develop and maintain server-side components and databases in an Enterprise environment, focusing on performance and complexity.

Deploy, integrate, test, and validate software applications in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues, perform system testing, configuration, and upgrades, and support production and pre-production integration with Development, QA, and DevOps teams.

Lead the Automation team in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using C#, mentor engineers, define strategies for testing systems, and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Own end-to-end customer engagements for AI and software products: define strategy and roadmap, translate needs into specs, partner with engineering/design/data teams, lead presales scoping, manage releases and prioritization, engage clients and executives, and drive experimentation and continuous improvement with LLMs.
