We're looking for a hands-on Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to own and evolve our IT infrastructure — from servers and networking to cloud platforms and security. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our systems reliable, secure, and scalable, while also driving forward-looking projects that make the organization more efficient.
What You'll Bring
Experience & Expertise
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems and Infrastructure Administrator in an organizational setting
- Proven track record deploying, managing, and maintaining physical and virtual servers — including software updates, performance monitoring, and terminal server implementation
- Hands-on experience with networking and communications: switches, firewalls, endpoint devices, and management of internet/telecom providers
- Solid grounding in information security and business continuity: backup systems, recovery testing, identity and access management (IAM), and familiarity with SIEM/SOC environments
- Experience administering enterprise cloud and SaaS platforms, including user and permissions management
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex infrastructure projects independently, end-to-end — including troubleshooting advanced technical issues and integrating AI tools to improve IT operations
- Experience with budget tracking and managing software licensing costs across departments
