Lead global brand, communications, MarCom, trade marketing, and social teams to define brand strategy, governance, and campaigns. Drive product launches, retail/dealer execution, loyalty/rebate programs, trade shows, and integrated communications. Partner with Consumer Insights, Sales, Product, and regional teams to localize campaigns, enforce brand consistency, implement marketing platforms, and measure brand health. Build and mentor a global team to elevate brand presence and business impact.

Prepare FP&A reporting and forecasts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow); analyze business results vs. budget/forecast/prior year. Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain on pricing, promotions, customer and product profitability, and sales forecasting. Build dashboards and perform ad hoc analyses to support leadership and optimize marketing and supply chain ROI. Support monthly close and financial modeling.

The Demand Planner develops demand forecasts, supports the S&OP process, creates SKU-level forecasts, and collaborates with teams to optimize inventory and align strategies.
