Trusted HR business partner for leaders across the company, building HRBP frameworks and playbooks. Own headcount planning, performance and compensation cycles, org design, workforce planning, and employee relations. Coach managers, run calibrations, use data to flag retention risk, contribute to L&D and rewards, and dogfood AI tools in daily operations while balancing strategic and hands-on work.

Partner with mid-market customers through evaluation, onboarding, and adoption of Factory. Lead technical onboarding, diagnose and resolve customer technical issues, run developer enablement, and feed actionable product insights to engineering and product to improve onboarding and scale.
