Lead Factory’s developer relations strategy across technical content, community, events, partnerships, and social channels. Build tutorials, demos, documentation, sample applications, and case studies; represent Factory publicly; grow developer communities; develop ecosystem partnerships; gather product feedback; and measure developer adoption, engagement, and retention. The role requires strong technical credibility, familiarity with AI-powered development, exceptional communication skills, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Own technical customer relationships throughout enterprise evaluations, pilots, deployments, expansion, and ongoing success. Lead proofs of concept, architect integrations with CI/CD and development workflows, troubleshoot customer environments, and translate technical needs into product feedback. Own Factory’s website end to end, including visual direction, layouts, prototyping, frontend development, animation, accessibility, performance, launches, and ongoing improvements. Build product pages, campaign experiences, interactive demonstrations, and reusable components while partnering with Design, Marketing, and Product. Use analytics, feedback, and experimentation to improve engagement and conversion.

Lead the global revenue marketing organization, owning demand generation, pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, field and partner marketing, and campaign performance. Develop scalable sales-led and product-led growth programs across digital, events, account-based, lifecycle, and partner channels. Establish attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and reporting frameworks while managing budgets, marketing technology, agencies, and channel strategy. Partner with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success, recruit high-performing teams, and present performance insights to executives.

Lead Factory’s developer community by building its ambassador program, organizing developer events, representing the company at industry gatherings, and engaging developers through talks, workshops, podcasts, demos, and open source. The role owns the community-to-product feedback loop and creates tutorials, demos, and workshop materials. This is an in-office San Francisco position requiring strong communication, technical credibility, event execution, responsiveness, and at least two years of developer relations, community, advocacy, or equivalent experience.

Partners with mid-market customers from evaluation through adoption, leading technical onboarding, developer training, integration support, troubleshooting, and pilot success. Diagnoses issues across repositories, integrations, and development workflows; collaborates with engineering, product, sales, and customer success; and turns customer feedback into scalable product and onboarding improvements.

As a Customer Engineer, you will drive customer success through onboarding, technical support, product insights, and liaising between customers and engineering teams.

Lead Factory’s communications strategy and narrative across media, announcements, thought leadership, crisis response, executive visibility, internal communications, and AI search channels. Serve as primary spokesperson, translate complex AI and software concepts for broad audiences, build press relationships, and grow owned audience reach. This hands-on leader will coach executives, manage issues, and build communications staff and agency partnerships as the company scales.

Build and lead Factory’s events function, including strategy, team development, global budgeting, annual planning, operating standards, vendor relationships, and measurement. Oversee flagship events such as user conferences, Sales Kickoff, President’s Club, and major industry conferences. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality programs that strengthen the brand and drive pipeline, revenue, and measurable business outcomes.

Lead complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles for AI-driven developer tools, from pipeline development through negotiation and close. Engage CIOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, and procurement teams; demonstrate Factory’s platform, guide technical implementation, communicate ROI, and coordinate customized solutions with product and engineering. Collaborate with marketing on sales strategy and materials while building long-term customer relationships that support expansion and renewals. The role is based in an NYC office five days per week.
