Drive trade expansion and sales growth by identifying new business, building relationships with contractors and engineers, developing strategic plans, coordinating with field and functional teams, executing technical sales and promotions, supporting quoting and specifications, and mentoring staff. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for supply chain functions. Drive budgeting, profitability metrics, and strategic planning. Partner with business leaders, implement process improvements, manage financial reporting cadence, and lead/coordinate finance teams to control costs and achieve financial goals.

Lead regional strategic sourcing initiatives including supplier segmentation, negotiations, spend analysis, and risk mitigation. Develop multi-year category strategies, supplier development programs, and performance frameworks. Provide data-driven insights using trade intelligence and analytics to support cross-functional stakeholders, optimize networks, and ensure supply chain resilience. Manage a team, track savings and KPIs, and monitor global market and geopolitical risks to inform sourcing decisions.

Participate in a 6-12 month accelerated sales training program to develop outside sales skills. Learn White Cap products, vendors, pricing, and sales approach; prepare and execute account plans; perform jobsite and office sales calls via ride-alongs; enter and process customer orders; operate a company or personal vehicle for sales duties.

Lead and develop a large inside sales team (10-20+), optimize staffing and performance, drive sales initiatives and pricing governance, ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction, partner cross-functionally, and use analytics to guide decisions.

Generate quotes, enter and process orders, manage shipments and billing, qualify leads and track opportunities in the CRM, support Account Manager, build customer and vendor relationships, estimate and prepare scope proposals, occasionally visit job sites, and support team projects.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to leaders: manage schedules, meetings, travel, expense reports, files, communications, and special projects. Serve as primary communication hub, maintain confidentiality, coordinate interviews, mentor junior staff, and ensure smooth departmental operations.

Process customer orders across phone, email, text, and counter channels; manage pricing and non-stock procurement; coordinate logistics; handle secure payments; maintain transaction records; recommend product alternatives; ensure service follow-through; and train junior associates to support operational excellence.

Receive, count, inspect, and store incoming shipments; record receiving data in company software; resolve discrepancies with vendors and purchasing; pack/unpack and deliver materials to designated areas; file purchase orders and follow safety and warehouse procedures.
