Develop and execute recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, consult with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and support onboarding while resolving recruiting issues and advising on market trends.

Support project execution by maintaining documentation, tracking scope/schedule/cost/resources, preparing status reports and dashboards, coordinating milestones, identifying risks, supporting resource planning, and recommending process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders.

Process customer orders across phone, email, text, and counter; handle secure payments; recommend products and alternatives; maintain pricing and margin goals; coordinate with team to meet service commitments under supervisor guidance.

Participate in a 6–12 month Accelerated Sales Program to learn products, vendors, and selling skills. Support outside sales by preparing account plans, making jobsite/office sales calls, processing customer orders, and riding with experienced Account Managers. Operate a company or personal vehicle for sales activities and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
