Translate conversations, meetings, forms, policies, and training materials between English and other languages; train non-English-speaking employees; support HR, QA, and production with translations; follow safety, sanitary, and company policies.

Lead month-end close, prepare/review journal entries and reconciliations, support financial reporting and consolidation, maintain controls and chart of accounts, assist audits, and drive ERP/process improvements and special projects.

Manage FMLA, disability, and personal leave administration; enter and track leave data in Workday; serve as point of contact for employees, benefits carriers, and leaders; assist with enrollment, dependent verification, workers' comp coordination, open enrollment events, employee education, and HR projects. Identify process improvements and perform related duties.

Support hourly recruiting end-to-end: screen candidates, manage applicant records in Workday, schedule interviews/orientation, validate rehire status, assist with offers and new-hire paperwork, represent company at recruiting events, and support HR staff to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Lead the IT PMO and enterprise change management to deliver large-scale technology transformations (ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity). Establish governance, drive portfolio planning, oversee go-live/readiness, coach project managers, embed change management, and ensure successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Prepare, reconcile, and analyze sales, purchases, inventory valuations, and monthly profit/loss for fresh operations. Create journal entries, reconcile inter-company transactions, manage commissions and accruals, and support yield and variance analysis. Maintain and distribute reports using spreadsheets and databases, assist month-end counts, and support forecasting and budgeting. Work independently on projects and data/report development as assigned.
