What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional projects and business initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on successful outcomes.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and coordinate projects from planning through completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success measures
- Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams
- Monitor progress and proactively address obstacles that could impact delivery
- Partner with business leaders to drive project execution and accountability
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive updates
- Build strong partnerships across departments and levels of the organization

- Influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain project dashboards, reports, action logs, and project documentation

- Support portfolio tracking, governance activities, and change management efforts
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program support, or a related field
- Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability
- Experience creating project plans, reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a PMO, Transformation Office, Strategic Finance, or similar environment
- Experience using Smartsheet for project planning, reporting, and dashboards
- Knowledge of change management, portfolio management, or continuous improvement methodologies
- PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
