Supports bankers by managing loan documentation, renewals, exceptions, compliance reporting, financial data collection, client communications, and construction loan disbursements. Monitors loan status reports, resolves documentation deficiencies, coordinates with internal departments and external partners, and provides customer service. May also support retail banking activities, including account opening and maintenance.

Partners with commercial bankers, borrowers, attorneys, appraisers, and internal departments; monitors asset quality, past dues, renewals, collateral, and construction loan disbursements while ensuring regulatory and credit-policy compliance.

Provides confidential customer service and administrative support to institutional and private wealth clients. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining client records, preparing correspondence and reports, documenting contributions and distributions, processing securities orders, supporting account administration, using transaction-processing systems, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Onboards commercial clients and implements Treasury Management products and services. Opens accounts, coordinates documentation and agreements, obtains client signatures, manages multiple implementation requests, completes account analysis, and trains clients on Treasury Management services. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages a medium- to high-complexity Treasury Management portfolio, resolves escalated commercial customer issues, identifies cross-selling opportunities, supports product training and implementation, and collaborates with bankers, Treasury Management Officers, operations, product, pricing, and management teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Administers complex private wealth accounts, maintains major client relationships, coordinates with portfolio managers and professional advisors, ensures appropriate asset allocations, account reviews, and accountings, and supports business development, compliance, budgeting, and team supervision. The role requires strong communication, financial and legal document interpretation, problem-solving, and wealth management experience.

Analyzes and underwrites moderate- to high-complexity commercial loans, prepares credit memoranda and cash flow models, monitors loan portfolios, evaluates covenant compliance and collateral, and supports lending decisions. Partners with commercial bankers, customers, attorneys, appraisal services, and loan administration to manage renewals, collections, construction loan disbursements, and regulatory compliance.

Investigates moderate to high-value and complex fraud cases across deposits, checks, loans, ACH, wires, ATMs, and branch transactions. Reviews alerts and suspended deposits, applies holds, documents evidence, identifies fraud trends, tracks losses and recoveries, prepares reports, and supports bank personnel while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
