Supports commercial bankers by managing loan documentation, renewals, compliance exceptions, client communications, financial data collection, and loan monitoring reports. Coordinates with clients, attorneys, title companies, insurance agents, portfolio managers, and internal bank departments. Assists with construction loan disbursements, wires, overdrafts, account maintenance, and customer service while proactively addressing documentation and administrative issues.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, addressing people challenges, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and employee relations. Builds strong partnerships across functions, aligns people strategies with business objectives, supports communication and recognition initiatives, identifies skill gaps, and provides data-driven recommendations. Supervises complex internal audits focused on lending, credit risk, and banking operations. Leads audit planning and fieldwork, assigns and trains staff, reviews working papers and reports, communicates findings to management and board committees, and monitors remediation of audit issues. The role evaluates control design and effectiveness, ensures regulatory compliance, develops audit procedures, manages projects, and maintains relationships with business units while applying strong banking, analytical, and professional judgment.

Transforms customer, market, transactional, and performance data into actionable insights. Develops enterprise dashboards, reporting frameworks, segmentation and targeting strategies, lead-generation programs, campaign and sales performance analyses, and executive presentations. Partners with sales, marketing, product, and business leaders to solve complex problems, maintain data governance, identify new data sources, and improve decision-making. The role has no direct people-management responsibilities.

Performs advanced Treasury Management Operations support across banking systems, troubleshooting customer and file-format issues, configuring account parameters, reviewing maintenance, managing account analysis billing, and conducting ACH and Remote Deposit risk reviews. Collaborates with bank management, sales, support, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain compliance with NACHA rules, applicable regulations, and internal procedures.

Investigates internal employee fraud through transaction and system reviews, digital communications analysis, access and surveillance checks, workspace searches, and employee interviews. Coordinates investigations with HR, Legal, and business leadership; documents findings and refers cases to law enforcement. Monitors fraud trends, uses analytics and investigation tools, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Manages and supervises commercial portfolio managers while supporting complex credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring. Reviews financial and credit information, prepares credit analyses and approval documents, monitors loan covenants, past dues, collateral, and asset quality, and recommends actions for deteriorating accounts. Partners with commercial bankers, credit officers, attorneys, appraisal services, loan administration, borrowers, and third parties. Oversees construction loan disbursements, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, and coaches team members.

Performs commercial loan underwriting, credit analysis, cash flow modeling, and portfolio monitoring. Prepares credit memos, evaluates borrower financial strength, monitors covenants and asset quality, supports renewals and construction loan disbursements, and recommends action on deteriorating accounts. Partners with commercial bankers, credit officers, attorneys, appraisers, and other internal teams while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.
