Manages a medium- to high-complexity Treasury Management portfolio, resolves escalated commercial customer issues, identifies cross-selling opportunities, supports product training and implementation, and collaborates with bankers, Treasury Management Officers, operations, product, pricing, and management teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.
