Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, provision and operate cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP) with Terraform, manage Kubernetes/GKE deployments using Helm, implement observability and incident response tooling, enforce security and compliance in pipelines and infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering, QA, IT, and security teams to improve reliability and automation.

The Director of Enterprise Change Management leads the development and implementation of change management frameworks, supports large initiatives, and strengthens leadership capabilities regarding change across the organization.

Design and execute company financial risk management policies and controls. Identify and monitor interest rate, FX, insurance, and other financial exposures. Build financial models, run scenario and stress analyses, manage insurance and risk financing programs, support hedging strategies, prepare senior leadership reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally on risk initiatives and ad hoc treasury projects.

Provide pre-sales and sales application engineering support for loading dock and warehouse products. Design and validate solutions using CAD, review site surveys and drawings, ensure code compliance and permitting, support quoting and project execution, coordinate vendors, and deliver training and process improvements to reduce risk and ensure accurate installations.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to reps, technicians, and customers; process warranty claims and POs; document calls in CSMS; develop manuals, bulletins and training; support product rollouts and liaise with Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing. Travel up to 20%.

Define data-store strategy, standards, and operating model for relational and non-relational systems. Lead reliability, HA, backup/restore, monitoring, and incident response. Drive security controls, audit readiness, performance tuning, and AI-enabled automation. Collaborate across engineering, DevOps, IT, and security, document runbooks and mentor engineers.
